ALL HAIL GAME NIGHT TIKI LOUNGE!


I'm am done! Too bad I have a couch that eventually will have to be "refurbished" with alternate material.		This was actually the first completed area. Sort of a shrine of... well something with a phone.
I am currently still looking for a nice set of rattan furniture.		I have since moved the phone and added a picture of my wife in a leopard bathing suit holding a snake.


The glare! This prompted me to run out and buy dimmer switches. Hold you breathe while I install them. Notice the bamboo plant? It's actually real! Well, at least until it dies. (I never did get the dimmers in, but the bamboo lived so its a wash)		Yep, I got Jen to skirt the existing bar stools because I was not going to spend money on cheap wood stools. It is hard to see, but there is a tiki idol at each end of the bar. The one on the right is the god of money. 'Nuff said. (A window into my dark soul.)
		Ed single handedly built the roof cape piece. Oh sure, many of us "helped", but it was Ed that wrapped the twine. "Wrap the twine, Ed. WRAP THE TWINE!! FASTER!"
		The glow effect is kinda nice, but not as cool as I first envisioned. But where was I going to get lasers?


I made some nice prints from internet jpegs and a inkjet printer. I'm sure I am going to copyright hell. Just to dispel guilt, I bought the "Tiki Drink" book featuring "Shag art" and the Don Tiki CD that sports the above picture. Like my hat? Got it from my trip to Cuba. (as far as you know)		Shelves of mugs. There are 8 or so not yet out. A few are also off-screen. My wife considered the mug part "my obsession with daily package deliveries."


Every Saturday for the last year I came to this bar and ordered a beer.		WELCOME! The sign was hand made by a guy in Hawaii!
But today I get a drink with liquor. A lot of liquor.



I am Soooo hungry! As seen in Ed's basement, behind the couch?!		Another priceless art relic from the vaults of Ed loving donated to the cause.
